Learn to Swim
Our Learn to Swim program gives children the joyous experience of swimming. Classes take place all year round at our heated indoor pool, providing children with an ideal learning environment without risk of colds or viruses when learning the art of aquatic.
Step one in learning swimming involves teaching children to breathe underwater for five seconds at a time before floating their body on water for equal amounts. Step two entails teaching these movements along with kicking in order to reach another end of the pool – this method of swimming is known as Freestyle and should be taught by an experienced coach in-water.

Adult Swimming Lessons

Squads
Our Squad program gives students the chance to train and improve their fitness and performance through structured training programs with an emphasis on stroke technique and endurance development. Swimmers in this level must attend at least 2-3 sessions weekly.
Rookie Squad is our introductory squad designed for swimmers interested in becoming competitive swimmers. This squad offers aerobic sets and drill work designed to increase fitness while improving stroke efficiency, starting, turning and diving abilities.
Development Squads provide swimmers who are transitioning from Mini Squad with an introduction to racing. The program emphasizes refining race technique and endurance through high intensity sessions throughout the week.
Junior Squads provide swimmers transitioning from Development programs with training aimed at honing racing skills, aerobic fitness and improving all competition strokes. Training sessions feature high intensity/volume sessions that focus on refining racing techniques for Brisbane level meets.
